By ordering, you agree that you have read and understand the following terms and conditions:

Contact details such as name, address, post code, phone number must be provided at the start of the order.

It is important that you keep your mobile phone with you, charged & not set to silent .

You may cancel your order without penalty at any time before delivery has commenced.

After an order has been placed and card payment processed, any cancelation will incur a 30% charge of the total order value. You are NOT entitled to a full refund. We may however, offer a full refund at our discretion.

Our drivers will not deliver to a person anywhere other than at the residential address given when the order was placed.

Alcohol will only be delivered to the person who placed the order and whose name appears on the credit/debit card used.

If the person who ordered the product does not come to collect or doesn’t match the ID & card used to purchase the delivery, such delivery will be refused.

Delivery charge may vary depending on area but anything within a four mile radius of Redruth is free.,

Please ring us to discuss further delivery distances. We are compelled to consider fuel costs. We are always open to discussion.

Withheld numbers will not be permitted to place an order. Our call operator will ask you to call back on a phone that displays a number.

We only accept payment by credit or debit cards. We do not accept cash payments. The card holder must be present with the card with matching photo ID.

If you have paid using a credit or debit card, we will not store your card details.

We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment.

All card transactions are cleared by Stripe, Pay Pal or Sum Up.

If you cannot be contacted after you have placed an order, we may cancel it without further notice.
