Delivery Area

• We offer free home delivery within four mile radius of Redruth & Camborne subject to £16 minimum spend.

• We only except cash and contactless payments within the Redruth & Camborne area.

• These are our minimum spends for areas where we also deliver:

• Hayle £35
• Truro £35
• St Ives £55
• Falmouth £35
• Newquay £60
• Perranporth £35

• Payments for these locations will be card payments only, where our control room will text you a secure payment link.

• Contact details such as; name, address, post code, phone number MUST be provided at the start of the order.

. It is important that you keep your mobile phone with you, charged & NOT set to silent!

. Delivery will be refused if our driver believes that the alcohol is being purchased on behalf of another person who is not at least 18 years of age.

. Customers are reminded that it is a criminal offence for a person under 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol and that it is also an offence to purchase alcohol for supply to a person under 18.

• Withheld numbers are not be able to be used to place an order. We ask for them to call back on a phone that displays a number.

• We are not permitted to deliver at the side of the road.

• We are only allowed to deliver to properties with a postcode.

• The customer is not to collect their order from our vehicle - they must wait for us to come to their doorstep.

• Deliveries will be transported and carried to the customer in a secure container.

• Alcohol will only be passed to those over 18 years old with ID and If paying by card the name must match the ID provided.

• We operate a 'Challenge 25' policy.

• We only accept UK driving licenses and UK passports with the accredited hologram.

• Photocopied IDs will not be accepted.

• We keep a logbook of refusals which is available for the police to check at anytime.

• Abuse towards licensed staff will not be tolerated be it verbal or physical.

• We have security alarms and camera systems at our licensed premises.

• We record all phone calls for security purposes

• We have Dash Cams and Go Cams for security.

• We will not serve you if we feel you are excessively drunk.
